Türkiye Unveils Mk 84 Gazap Bomb at IDEF 2025
Türkiye has introduced the Mk 84 Gazap (Wrath) fragmentation bomb during the International Defence Industry Fair (IDEF) 2025, which took place in Istanbul from July 22 to July 27. This state-of-the-art munition has been developed by the Research and Development Centre of the Turkish Ministry of National Defense.

The Gazap bomb is notable for being the largest and most potent variant within the Mk 80 series of freefall low-drag general-purpose munitions. Its design is specifically tailored to maximize lethality against personnel and lightly armored vehicle targets.
