The representative highlighted the combat effectiveness of Warmate loitering munitions, emphasizing their functionality in Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS)-denied environments. The Warmate series incorporates three independent navigation systems, facilitating precise terminal flight and target engagement up to 80 kilometers away.
Introducing the Warmate 3
On November 7, WB Group announced the signing of contracts to supply an additional 1,000 Warmate 3 munitions to non-European military forces.
Key Specifications of Warmate 3
- Warhead Capacity: Capable of carrying a warhead weighing up to 3 kilograms.
- Engagement Range: Targets can be effectively engaged at distances that surpass 80 kilometers. The operational range is influenced by mission parameters, such as:
- Loitering Duration: As on-demand aerial support.
- Precision Targeting: Utilized as a long-range projectile.
- Hunting Capability: Employed to patrol a designated area before targeting.
Performance Metrics
- Cruising Speed: Approximately 90 kilometers per hour.
- Operational Altitude: Normally operates at 1,000 meters above ground level (AGL).
- Radio Range: Effective communication can extend up to 100 kilometers within radio line of sight (RLOS).
- Maximum Flight Altitude: The device can ascend to a ceiling of 3,500 meters above mean sea level (AMSL).
