Monro articulated, “While the change in nomenclature may appear minor, it signals our transition into a more central function within the DoD. We are no longer a peripheral entity; we are actively engaged in the rapid development and deployment of technology alongside our military personnel, ensuring that we produce the empirical data essential for informed decision-making.”
